It is subjective for IIM Shillong as your academic background, 10th, 12th and graduation scores, work experience, diversity that you bring to the batch etc. factors are also given considera

Percentile do hold a weightage but that's not the only criteria. Percentile requirements serve as a cut-off and then serve as a part of the final admission criteria. 85 percentile is not common among IIM Shillong student participants in the general category but you have to perform exceptionally good
