No, the SNAP exam is conducted by Symbiosis International University.

Hi Sandeep,
SNAP is common exam conducted by Symbiosis University for its different colleges. Different colleges under Symbiosis has different cut-off for admission. SNAP is not SIBM Pune specific exam.
