Yes, only if you have valid reasons, otherwise no such long gaps won't get accepted in Canada.

I had family issues after passing my tenth in 2010 & finishing 12th a year late (in 2013) and then again had a gap of a year due to mom's demise in my graduation (which was likely to be finished in 2016 but I finished it in 2017). Now, I am free so want to go abroad for PG Diploma in next take in. W
