Is the subject Finance and international finance difficult to learn ,which are Part of Mba international Buisness ,fr Btech (ece) graduates?

I completed Btech (ECE) 63 % and 12th i was biotech, maths . Is international Finance and finance Meant for Commerce students as it requires calculation . I am planning to Do MBA in IB from coventry university.PLease guide
