Syllabus of NEET and AIIMS are different. AIIMS will be tougher than NEET. AIIMS questions contain few questions from general knowledge too.

    Hi,
NEET and AIIMS syllabus is mainly drawn from CBSE guidelines. Both syllabus are quite same.
You can check common syllabus from medical council of India's website (mci.in).
The only difference lies is that you need to prepare the following chapters in detail.
    1. X-rays
    2. Communication systems.
So, prepare well and study focused.

The main difference between the syllabus of NEET and AIIMS exam is the general knowledge, which is asked in AIIMS. The basic syllabus of NEET and AIIMS is same as both consider senior secondary syllabus as the basis of examination. Both, NEET and AIIMS gives reference of NCERT syllabus of class 11th and 12th for entrance.
