Is the syllabus of physics and chemistry same for both AIPMT and AIEEE?

no actually there r many topics in engineering entrance rather medical doesn't go deep into it like if I talk about gravitation then engineering takes deep into it from equations to Kepler's but medical it's short sweet n simple gravitation upto heigts and all

both r same as aipmt and aieee is based on ncert and NCERT have same syllabus for med and non med students

Basically both are same with same chapters If you wou see questions of aipmt and jeemain there is not quite different
