Is the total fee 750000 paid at admission time or is the fee paid by semester?

The fees for the PGDM course is 5.5 lacs. The hostel fees is 50000 for 1 year which includes fooding too(breakfast,lunch,evening snacks,dinner). 7.5 lacs happened to be the fees 3 years ago. Thank You.
