NIIT University is notified by Government of Rajasthan (GOR) vide Ordinance No 4 of 2009 dated Oct. 14, 2009 subsequently promulgated as an Act 5 of 2010 dated April 3rd , 2010

Hi Shweta.
All universities are registered with University Grants Commission. NIIT University (NU) is also recognized by UGC which is the top most powerful body in the country for education.
