Is the validity of integrated B.Tech-M.Tech (5-years) and B.Sc-M.Sc (4-years) same as that of pursuing them in combinations separately?

There is very much use of pursuing integrated B.Tech/ M.Tech course. You can save 1 year of your study duration by pursuing this course. Generally, many candidates first opt for B.Tech programme in any discipline like Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical etc. Which is of 4 years duration. Then
