B.Tech from UPTU in top rank engineering colleges is a better option in comparison to your other options.

however I gona do Civil engineering and the placement is same all over India in Civil. So UPTU & Magadh University gona same placement. ya Education quality is different I know that. but I wana know that value of degree? job preference in government & abroad will be same or different?
