Is the value of the open university degree equivalent to a regular university like the University of Kalyani or other?

I have a score of 86.4% in HS and am unable to give the exams of BA 1st-year and have decided to get admission in this university.

From my point of view, open university degrees are also valid but regular degree has more value then the open degree and if you go somewhere and have a regular degree then you will be selected first. My advice is that you should opt for a regular degree course.
