No. Work experience is not mandatory but it is preferred as a criteria for few companies recruitment process. All batch gets place in SIBM Pune as it is one of the premium B-schools. Average package in SIBM Pune is Rs.14 lacs for last year placement records. -
No work experience is not mandatory but it is appreciated if you have one. Minimum placement is at about Rs.10 lpa and average is at Rs.14.06 lpa
