No. Work experience is not mandatory but it is preferred as a criteria for few companies recruitment process. All batch gets place in SIBM Pune as it is one of the premium B-schools. Average package in SIBM Pune is Rs.14 lacs for last year placement records.

No work experience is not mandatory but it is appreciated if you have one. Minimum placement is at about Rs.10 lpa and average is at Rs.14.06 lpa
