    Hi Khushal,
I would suggest you to learn PHP along with mysql. They are easy to learn and you can learn them yourself. Plus no such infrastructure is needed so you can piratically implement them. Also if you want you can get practical knowledge by getting some freelancing projects. it will help you monetary as well as you will get practical knowledge.
    Hope it helps.

Industry is going towards the new technologies like Cloud Computing, Virtualization Technology, Clustering. Most of the Server is running on Linux not on Windows. So if you take sound practical knowledge on Linux platform and take some Global Certifications will give you very sound futuristic career.

    Hi Khushal,
If you are planning to work after BSc IT , I would suggest that you opt for short term certification courses in development in the language you like the most i.e java, PHP, VB.NET etc. These short term courses will give you a technical edge over other candidates when you apply for an interview and will equip you with necessary technical skills.
    All the best
