Most of the students from engineering background opt for either finance or operations as their specialization.

no there is no field related to that if you are a engineering student then you can try in finance or in HR

I don't think there is any such specialization, and students coming from technical background can opt for operations, or IT/ITES. both of them are good options. Many colleges offer this IT/ITES specialization.
