Is their M.Tech in design engineering course in VIT Vellore?

I did my BE in mechanical engineering & I want to pursue M.Tech in design engineering. I will also get good GATE score in 2018 but I think it will be not enough for getting admission in IIT's. Also, suggest better option if any. I am also interested in research. Thanks in advance.
