Yes, SAT exam dates are predetermined by College Board, thus, when applicants are applying for SAT exam they can see only two or three test dates. Out of these two or three test dates, applicants have to choose any one of the test dates. The SAT dates are official on the website while registering and are not subject to change. All details selected pertaining to SAT dates and centres are incorrigible at a later stage post submission. Also, there is rare chance of SAT dates getting changed or altered, thus, if any such thing happens, students will be informed way before the exam is conducated.
