Is there a chance to a B.Tech student to get into an NIT or IIT by writing JEE Mains again.

I am a B.Tech 1 year student. But this year again I have attempted JEE Mains and I scored 86.6 percentile. I'm a girl child from ST category. Is there a chance to get into NIT.
