Is there a course in bvb college to make aeronotical engineering? i want it to make it by diploma. which is better, diploma/puc?

i have completed my sslc this year. i want to study aeronotical engineering. would you please tell me the course required and other? can i do it by diploma? which is better?diploma or puc? in which college can i study in hubli?
