Is there a course like full-time executive MBA programme? If yes, what is the admission criteria of some good B-Schools for the same?

What about the placements & packages offered for this course? I have about 3.5 years of work experience.

Yes, at present, IIM and ISB offer such program you are not eligible for IIM as they prefer with 5 years experience and above cost around 30 lakhs and average package is 23 lakhs. ISB prefers people with experience only course fee approx 40 lakhs and package approx 25 lakhs.
