Is there a difference between B.Sc in hotel management and Bachelor in hotel management?

Generally, both seem to be same in the sense of name, but the difference is up to which depth subject is studied in B.Sc. Hotel management is introduced and hospitality services are made to learn and in BHM there are various sub stream of this stream eg-manager, chef, a recioptanist etc.
