yaa,,,,,, if u want to do btech further then after ur diploma u can get direct addmission in 2nd year by lateral entry seats in any engg. colg in india...

By lateral entry system like in Punjab engineering colleges, you can take direct admission in the 2nd year of engineering if you have passed engineering Diploma.

You can pursue Post HSC Diploma in surface coating technology.
