Is there a formula to convert new GMAT scores to old GMAT scores accurately?

Since it is not always possible to accurately convert new GMAT scores to old GMAT scores, GMAC has released a Concordance Table. In this table there is an old GMAT score and its corresponding new GMAT score followed by the percentile bracket. This table is available on GMAC's website for reference.
