Is there a good scope for Instrumentation and control engineering? I am doing B.E. in I.C.E from a government college-Bhavnagar, Gujarat.
Can you give me the details about spectrum of industries that needs an instrumentation and control engineer.

Instrumentation has a good scope specially in manufacturing industries and power plants. Just concentrate on your studies and appear for GATE as most of the PSUs recruit students based on GATE scores. -

Yes, instrumentation has lot of scope. You have two choices for a bright career.
1) Job in plant designing and purchasing department.
2) MS (Especially in Germany because there the education is free and good).
