    Yes, there is a good scope as if you have a knowledge background in economics and statistics do well.
    For taking MBA, there is no prerequisite that you should possess a degree that match to the course.

    Mba in finance forms a deadly combination and is recommended after bsc in eco and stats. HR is more into talent management and recruitment, so It does not have any correlation with your Graduation In Bsc. Finance Sounds good option.
