MBA in Travel and Tourism is a 2-year post graduate degree program. The program teaches the students with relevant management skills required in the travel industry. Graduates of this specialization, work in hotels, hospitality and catering industry, international and national food chains, food-craft institutes.
There are a number of good universities in India. Some of the features of a good university are good practical and industrial exposure, good placements, skill development programs, professional enhancement training and exposure to its students and along with this how much scholarship is provided by the university to the students. However, you must not neglect polishing your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. LPU provides plenty of opportunities to its students to take part in events, competitions, fests in order to let them grow their personality and give them a chance to polish their skills. LPU provides different classes for placements which helps in grooming.

Yes there is good scope as you can be placed with some good travel company's with good pay packages depending upon your skills and performance and if you want to start your own venture then also it would very fruitful for you.there is IITTM Noida which is among the best Instutes for MBA travel.
