Yes, of course dear. There are a number Government colleges and campuses who offer Bachelor or Masters in mass communication. Yes, besides Jamia, IINC, MDU, KU, PTU, Guru Jambheswhawr-Hisar, various colleges like Delhi University and GGSIPU offer a degree in mass communication.
