Yes, of course dear. There are a number Government colleges and campuses who offer Bachelor or Masters in mass communication. As Swati and Bal Krisha said that JAMIA, IIMC, JNU and Indraprastha College for Women, Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Maharaja Agrasen College, etc. In Haryana MDU Rohtak,

Yes, besides Jamia, IINC, MDU, KU, PTU, Guru Jambheswhawr-Hisar, various colleges like Delhi University and GGSIPU offer a degree in mass communication.

There are many such colleges, universities as well. Which state you wish to know about, I can help and explain better. JNU, Jamia Milia Islamia, Kurukshetra University, Punjab University all are government. Many government colleges also offer BJMC or Media courses.

Hi Tejas,
You are asking for Bachelor's degree or post graduation course? Plus you can pursue only M.Phill from JNU, not any other media course.
