Is there a minimum qualifying mark criteria in BIT MCA entrance exam to be eligible for selection?

If there is a tie in the exam, the institute typically follows a tie-breaking rule-

• The candidate with higher marks in Math is ranked higher.
• If a tie persists marks in Analytical Ability will be considered
• Lastly the age of the candidate will be considered. Older candidates are given priority.

In the BIT MCA proctored written test,  Computer Fundamentals is the largest section, accounting for 50% of the total questions (50 out of 100).

To qualify for the next stage, candidates must achieve a minimum qualifying score of 35 out of 100 marks in the written test.  

The BIT MCA Entrance exam is a computer-based practored test. It includes 100 MCQs carrying 100 marks. The question paper is going to be divided into two parts: Part A (Computer Fundamentals) and Part B (Mathematics, Analytical Ability, and General English), each with 50 questions.
