The Hitkarini College of Engineering and Technology has well qualified and experienced staff members with excellent academic achievements. The college has established a total of 120 faculty members at the college, wherein 60 percent is PhD holders and 30 percent are in the PhD program. The faculty-to-student ratio is 1:15 that afford specific student attention and expansive mentoring. Teaching experience of the faculty members is also approximately ten years and few having industrial exposure of about 20 years. Also occasional lectures which include experts from other esteemed colleges and organizations are invited to the college to give the students an industry exposure.
