Is there a possibility that PEC and NITs take only JEE Mains score percentile in consideration and not class 12th score?
I've got 90 percentile but in 12th, I've got only 61% in SC category.

PEC and NITs takes students from JEE Main according to their ranks through Joint seat allocation authority (A counselling process) only. Further for admission students must secured minimum 75% aggregate marks (For general and 65% for reserved categories) at class 12th level. Hence, your class 12th marks are not up to required standard, so your admission chances for PEC and NITs are very less.

Hello,
You need to have a minimum of 65 percent in board exams, since you belong to SC category. Even if you have a good score in JEE, it is mandatory to have this minimum percentage in order to get admission through JoSAA.
