Is there a possibility that PEC and NITs take only JEE Mains score percentile in consideration and not class 12th score?

I've got 90 percentile but in 12th, I've got only 61% in SC category.

PEC and NITs takes students from JEE Main according to their ranks through Joint seat allocation authority (A counselling process) only. Further for admission students must secured minimum 75% aggregate marks (For general and 65% for reserved categories) at class 12th level. Hence, your class 12th m

My category rank is 4889 and CRL is 117458.

Hello, You need to have a minimum of 65 percent in board exams, since you belong to SC category. Even if you have a good score in JEE, it is mandatory to have this minimum percentage in order to get admission through JoSAA.
