Is there a possibility to get into Tezpur University for B.Tech with JEE mains score of 66 marks?

I have scored 83.4% in class 12th boards and I belong to OBC category. The JEE cutoff for OBC candidates is 70.

    There's almost negligible chance even for SC/ST reservation students opting for Northeastern Quota. At least from last year.
