Is there a professionel certified course in english lang. with the duration of one year at chandigarh

i'm pursuing my post graduation in English through correspondence(ignou).I'M good with my communication skills and want to improve it but on the same time i'm not as good with my writing skills.so kindly help me by suggesting a professional course or diploma to get better opportunity

u can do english course from BAFL or hero mindimine n best thing abt these insitiutes is courses have some value in market n u can easily improve ur english from these insitutes plz understand one thing english can improved by good reading like newspapers n watching english programmes and above all
