Is there a state quota available for NITs/IITs based on the 12th percentage?

All the NITs/IITs do have state quota. The reservations are 50 percent seats to the home state quota students and the remaining 50 perecent seats are with the students of other states. These reservations are based on the state of residence not on the 12th percentage of the students, that means stude
