Is there a way for me to get admission in MA (English) without a Bachelor's degree through integrated Masters program?
I dropped out of engineering recently. Am I eligible for a short-term Diploma course (6-12 months)?

No, there is no way out to get admission for MA English without completing a Bachelor's degree. You need to have a Diploma or degree to get admission. Short term Diploma will be accepted or not depends on individual college eligibility which you need to check before applying.

Thank you. What specialisation/course would you recommend for a short-term Diploma, that would help during admissions to Masters in English?
