In IIM's the admission depends upon CAT exam percentile score and not the CET score. Through MH-CET you can apply to colleges such as Jamnalal Bajaj, Welingkar Institute, etc. The cut-off for Jamnalal Bajaj was around 160 marks.

Admission to IIMs is based on CAT Score. There is one Maharashtra CET I know which is there for admissions to state MBA programs. But if you are looking for PGDM from any of the IIMs, CAT is the only way.
