Hi,
No, there is no entrance test for taking admission for M.Com. Eligibility criteria for taking admission in M.Com in most of the top universities is pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelor's degree. You must go for the top universities of India such as:
Sri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) - Delh

Hi, it depends on the University from which you are doing like for Delhi University, it is compulsory to give entrance exam to take admissions for post-graduation courses.

No, there is no entrance test for M.Com but some universities and colleges take the exam. From my opinion, you visit the college and confirm it.
