6 years agoHello, No, entrance exam for B.Ed. Eligibility Criteria is to pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Sciences or Social Sciences or Humanities or Commerce or equivalent.
Or,
Pass with 55% aggregate marks in B.Tech or BE with specialization in Science and Mathematics or equivalent.
(Candidate must have studied the subject of the subject combination for at least three years at Bachelors Level or Masters Level).

Yes, Lovely Professional University (LPU) requires candidates to take the LPUNEST (Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test) for admissions to the B.Ed program. The entrance test provides both justification for admission and an opportunity to provide scholarships to meritorious candidates.
Candidates need to have minimum 50% marks in their graduation or post-graduation in any stream. LPUNEST for B.Ed is usually conducted in May and online registration starts in January. Candidates can appear for the LPUNEST from anywhere (online) or can choose from designataed test centres in India.
