Is there an option to get re-admitted to 2nd PU (Karnataka) if i score less marks in the final exam?

1. I really want to do B.E in Mechanical or Aeronautics. But due to some reasons i could not study well this year (2nd PUC) 2. I'm worried that if I score less marks in the upcoming Final exams, i can not get into good engineering colleges 3. I am feeling Depressed.Is there a hope for me?
