I'm planning to work aboard & am currently working at a restaurant. I'm 38-years old. Can I enroll and do you think it would be beneficial for me?

Usually, for skill development courses only limit is your creative abilities & passion.
Animation and Digital Media programs are of skill oriented nature and usually anyone could do it. For degree, one must be XII pass.
Animation calls for a wide bouquet of skills from traditional art skills to articulation skills, storytelling to aesthetic appreciation, and creativity to technical prowess.
Learning Software alone won't help you. First acquire artistic skills on paper, then learn application software for expressing skills in the Digital Medium.
