No, National Law University, Delhi has not prescribed any lower or upper age limit for admissions to its law courses. B.A. LL.B. (Hons) Eligibility Criteria: 10+2 or equivalent examination with minimum 45 percent aggregate marks and 40 percent in case of SC, ST, or PwD. LL. M. Eligibility Criteria: LL.B. Or equivalent degree with minimum 50 percent marks and 45 percent in case of SC, ST, or PwD. Ph.D. Eligibility Criteria: LL. 2 years agoThere is no upper age limit to apply for AILET 2023. However, your minimum age should be above 18 years to be eligible for the exam.

The last date to submit the AILET counselling fee was December 27, 2025. The candidates who get the invitation to participate in the AILET counselling have to pay the counselling registration fee before the last date.
