Is there any age limit to pursue B.Ed.? What is the eligibility for B.Ed.?

Here is no maximum age limit to pursuing B.Ed course but in general you can apply in between 21yr-35yr. The minimum eligibility required for this course is as under- 1. A Bachelor's degree through a recognised University. 2. Your graduation or post graduation marks must be hold above 50% & For SC/ST candidates the relaxation is upto 45% marks. 3. Only Arts and Science departments are eligible for B.Ed course. There are some institute provide B.Ed course for B.Com and BBA candidates. Every university conduct their own entrance exam for B.Ed candidate selection. But in General there is no use to go for B.Ed after 40 years of age as there is no government job available then. So if one wishes to do teaching after the age of 40 then instead of doing B.Ed its good to appear in the NET exam so that HE can directly apply for the lectureship in some college with a higher salary.
