Students can attempt the Common Law Admission Test CLAT with no limits on their attempts. Other than Indian Nationals, candidates who are NRIs, OCIs, PIOs, and Foreign Nationals are also eligible as per the Common Law Admission Test Eligibility. Common Law Admission Test CLAT Eligibility for 2023 will be verified officially at the time of counseling and final admission.

Candidates must receive a score of 45% to be admitted. There is no upper age limit to apply for CLAT. And also
There is no number of attempt limits.
Hence, in 2023 two CLAT examinations will be held in one year. As CLAT is being held twice in 2022, the candidates get to optimize their preparation for the academic year 2022 and apply for the academic year 2023.
