Is there any B.Tech CSE or IT college in Delhi where I can enroll? My total percentage is 51% in science stream and in PCM I've got 44.3%.

My Bihar board 12th result was announced on 6th June and I've scored 51% in science stream and 44.3% in PCM. Can you please tell any B.Tech colleges where can I get CSE (Computer Science & Engineering) or IT (Information Technology)? I know my result is not good. But I don't want to drop my year.
