Is there any basic qualification required for ethical hacking? If yes, what is it?
I am presently in B.Sc. IT (3rd semester) and I am interested in ethical hacking and looking forward to it. I scored 62% in 12th with non-medical stream.

No, but you should have these basic requirement for ethical hacking is:-
Good knowledge of Computer Hardware ,Operating System-linux, Win etc.-
Learn Networking Basics (As it will give you a deep knowledge regarding protocols, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, etc).
Basic programming(Command atleast one language whether it is C, Python or anything else).
After these 3 things you are ready to learn ethical hacking and you will not face difficulty anymore to dig into hacking concepts.

To become an ethical hacker you need to have good computer skill rather than programming skill. You have deep knowledge about local area networks and internet connectivity procedure.
You should have the skill to access the protected sites and servers.
You should have the skill to broke passwords and authentication which a server provides to the clients.
However, you can learn or get training in the ethical hacking from the reputed institutions across the country.
There are many training institutes like NIIT, JetKing, Brainware, etc.
The fees structure will vary from 20-25k INR for 6 months duration course.
