Is there any benefit to drop one year for the preparation of JEE (Mains+Advanced) 2019? I've cleared JEE Mains 2018 with a score of 84.

Of course, you have considerable benefit. You have cleared JEE Mains once, if you maintain the same dedication and focus, you can clear it again. However, I would recommend you take admission in a college as your marks are quite good to recommend a drop year.
