Is there any career option related to public speaking. ? what is scope of it?

I was always appreciated as a public speaker though i never gave it importance and never polished this skill. yeasterday onwards i met a teacher who suggested me to use this skill and opt it as a career. can u tell career related to it. courses and scope.

Public speaking may not fetch a job directly.But, as a soft skill, it is an added asset for brightening our career prospects. Expressive ability is the most coveted trait and one can go places, if only if we have good speaking ability.
