Is there any certificate course for HR recruitment? Does it make any difference after completing MBA in HR?

Dear Ritika sharma . not necessary. but thorough with IR, HR concepts like performance management, compensation management, and other important concepts. and also thorough with legislations if you would like to go IR side. HRD, OB,OD and such subjects knowledge essential in getting a good HR job. ha
