Is there any certificate of clearance of NET July 2018? How can I utilize these marks to get a job?

I have passed NET July 2018 with 36.66% as per the answer key.

I have read it. But my question is exactly about, will they give any certificate or any other like it that this person have clear the exam but not qualified for the Andhra Pradesh. So, we can utilize it and it can help in getting a job also.
