    Yes, you can join a good private College .You may take a drop and prepare hard for JEE Mains 2018. I will suggest you to join Chitkara University and Chandigarh University.

    No, there is no chance for you getting into government institute. You'll have to try for some private college or may be some colleges which intake students on the basis of 12th merit.
