Is there any chance of getting a good college with good placements? I have scored JEE-mains: 43 marks and 12th class: 385 marks from CBSE.

I am sorry to disappoint you my friend but with the above mentioned score you may not get any decent government college but you can definitely get some other good private colleges like VIT, BITS, SRM etc for which you may apply.
