Is there any chance of getting a seat in university?

I got 28 rank in OUCET under journalism and mass communication and belong to OC category.

    Yes, you will get a seat in the university, but if you're OC and your father's income is more than 2.5 Lacs per year or is a government serviceman, you will not be able to get a free seat. That is no fee reimbursement. You will only be eligible for getting admission in the university.
